Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP + RevPro + BSM Lead to drive end-to-end finance transformation, revenue automation, and business systems management. The ideal candidate will lead ERP enhancements, manage RevPro (Oracle Revenue Management Cloud / Zuora RevPro), and ensure seamless integration across billing, revenue, and financial systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP, RevPro, and BSM implementations, upgrades, and process optimization.
  • Manage revenue recognition workflows, ASC 606 compliance, and RevPro rules configuration.
  • Oversee integrations between ERP, billing platforms, CRM, and financial systems.
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Drive system testing, UAT, data validation, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, monitor data flow, and ensure accuracy in revenue and billing operations.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, dashboards, and performance reports.

 

Required Skills:

·        8+ years of experience in ERP Finance (Oracle Cloud / SAP / NetSuite / similar).

·        Strong hands-on expertise with RevPro (Zuora RevPro / Oracle RMCS).

·        Solid understanding of ASC 606, revenue policies, and recognition rules.

·        Experience with BSM (Business Systems Management) supporting finance and revenue operations.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

·        Experience with integrations (API-based, middleware, ETL)

·        Experience in SaaS or subscription-based revenue models.

·        Knowledge of SOX controls, month-end close processes, and revenue audits.

·        Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and billing systems (Zuora, Aria, Oracle).
