Job Title: DevOps Engineer – Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GCP services, infrastructure as code (IaC), and modern DevOps tools to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure cloud deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.

Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services: Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Big Query, IAM, VPC, etc.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or similar.

Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration (GKE preferred).

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools in GCP.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and Git-based workflows.

Preferred Skills:

GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer Certification.

Knowledge of hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.

Experience with security tools and policies in cloud environments.
