Job Description:
- Experience on IVR ( Interactive Voice Response)
- Development experience using C#/Java
- Experience on Genesys Composer Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)
- Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Genesys developer
- Experience on working with CI/CD
- 4+ years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows
- Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall solution
