- Technical Execution:
- Design and develop GenAI models, including fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude).
- Lead the evaluation and integration of foundation models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
- Architect scalable and secure AI pipelines for data processing, training, and deployment.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and large language models
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Copilot (GitHub Copilot) or Azure OpenAI Services
- experience building Gen AI solutions with AWS Bedrock
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization techniques
- Innovation & R&D:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in generative AI, multimodal models, and MLOps.
- Drive experimentation with new models, prompt engineering, and domain-specific adaptations.
- Create internal GenAI tools, copilots, or agents to enhance employee productivity and customer engagement.
- Governance & Ethics:
- Ensure AI systems are explainable, fair, and aligned with ethical guidelines and data privacy laws.
- Establish monitoring systems to track model performance, drift, and user feedback in production.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in hands-on GenAI or LLM-related projects.
- Strong experience with ML frameworks, LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.), and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Proven track record of delivering GenAI applications in enterprise or production environments.
