Role: Gen AI / Agentic AI Developer
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (100% Onsite)
Must-Have Skills:
Strong Python development experience
Hands-on with LangChain / LangGraph / LandGraph
Experience with Google ADK
Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize ML systems for AI agents
Translate user needs into scalable technical solutions
Develop and deploy AI algorithms and agentic workflows
Architect robust data pipelines
Stay updated with modern Gen AI and agentic frameworks (Google ADK, LangChain, etc.)
Evaluate technical trade-offs and provide leadership when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical field
5+ years in software development and deploying products
Expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, and Agentic AI
Proven track record of delivering 34 end-to-end production projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
