Location :- Atlanta, USA ( Hybrid model ) Local or Near by
Mandatory skills:- 

  • 10-15 Yrs in IT with 7+ in PEGA, 4-6+ years in architecture and solution design
  • Certified Pega CSA or CSSA
  • Experience in eligibility and enrollment systems (e.g., Medicaid, ACA marketplace, CHIP or government benefit programs)
# Technical Area
Core Technical Experience
1 Enterprise Application Architecture: 10-15 Yrs in IT with 7+ in PEGA, 4-6+ years in architecture and solution design
2 PEGA PRPC: Strong experience designing, configuring and leading end to end PEGA implementations (preferably with eligibility & enrollment modules)
3 Integrations: Hands-on experience integrating PEGA with legacy systems, APIs, databases and middleware (SOAP/REST/MQ, Kafka, etc).
4 Cloud & DevOPS: Exposure o Pega Cloud, AWS or Azure and working knowledge of CI/CD, deployment automation
5 Data and Security: Experience designing solutions that meet performance, scalability, compliance and data security standards
Domain Experience (Eligibility & Enrollment)
6 Healthcare/Medicaid/ACA: Prior work in Government or commercial eligibility and enrollment systems (Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, ACA marketplace, or other benefits)
7 PEGA Healthcare Framework: Familiarity with PEGA HCIF/HCX frameworks and case management for enrollment workflows
8 Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of rules for eligibility determination, member onboarding, benefits management and enrollment changes
Leadership and Delivery Experience
9 Led architecture and design workshops with stakeholders, bridging business and IT
10 Mentored and guided PEGA development teams (CSA/CSSA)
11 Delivered large-scale programs with multiple integrations and modules
12 Participated in RFP/RFI solutioning and pre-sales support for eligibility/enrollment modernization projects
13 Worked in Agile/SAFe delivery environments aligning architecture with iterative delivery
Certifications
14 PEGA LSA (Lead System Architect) – highly valued
15 CSSA/CSA (if not already LSA)
16 Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) – Options but a plus
