Role Summary
We have a requirement for Workday HCM & Security Engineers who can design, configure, and maintain Workday security, focusing on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), business process security, and data privacy while supporting core HCM functions like recruiting, compensation, and time tracking, requiring skills in Workday security groups, SSO/MFA, troubleshooting, integration (EIB/Studio), and collaborating with HR/IT to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient HR system operations, often involving certifications and scripting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Configuration: Create and manage security groups, roles, policies, domains, SSO, and MFA.
- HCM Support: Configure and optimize modules (Recruiting, Comp, Absence, Benefits) and support HR business processes.
- Integrations: Manage EIBs, Workday Studio, and other integration tools.
- Troubleshooting & Auditing: Resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and conduct security audits.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to align security with business needs.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Workday: Deep knowledge of HCM, Security, and related modules.
- Security: Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data privacy (GDPR, SOX), and security standards.
- Technical: Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) is a plus; familiar with EIBs, Studio, Report Writer.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management.
- Certifications: Workday HCM & Security certifications are highly desired.
