Job Description
Job Title: Kronos UKG Sys Admin/Sr. Business Analyst
Location: USA (Remote)
- Provide advanced Kronos/UKG Workforce Timekeeper and TeleStaff configuration, engineering, and technical support.
- Act as a liaison between Product team, vendor, and customer during troubleshooting and issue resolution events.
- Versed in Kronos/UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper and TeleStaff implementations/upgrades.
- Evaluate and analyze client needs, develop/test/implement configuration changes, precisely document all steps taken in support business processes and transparency.
- Assess and gather requirements, produce design documentation, develop implementation plans, create use cases, implement, test, and deliver the system
- Translate business requirements into product specific designs and configuration, detailed requirement specifications and use cases.
- Serve as Kronos configuration system administrator – configuring the different modules of the Timekeeper application namely Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Scheduler, Integration Manager, and Device Manager based on the requirements to be compliant with labor laws and business policies as required.
- Versed in creating interfaces in Workforce Integration Manager.
- Experienced in interface connection and error troubleshooting.
- Serve as Tier 3 support troubleshooting complicated timekeeping issues.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Kronos/UKG Timekeeping and TeleStaff applications.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Kronos/UKG Workforce Central and TeleStaff.
Experience working with Labor, HR, and Payroll stakeholders
Experience in Business Analysis and Systems Administration
Strong Kronos/UKG Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise with focus on Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Access Profiles, Attendance and Leave Module, Integration and Device Manager
Proficient in SQL and Oracle – experience querying large and complex data sets
UKG Dimensions (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent team player who is flexible to play multiple team roles.
Ability to share information with peers and managers
Proven capacity in documenting work
Flexibility in job duties and ability to learn skills from fellow team members
Ability to share knowledge and work cross-functionally within own team and between teams
