Job Overview

Morgan Stanley is seeking a strong Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Angular, and Python to join their technology team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable enterprise applications, building modern UI interfaces, and supporting backend services used across financial systems.

This role requires candidates who are comfortable attending an in-person interview in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Angular, and Python.

Build responsive and dynamic UI components using Angular.

Develop robust backend APIs and microservices using Java.

Write Python scripts/services for automation, data processing, or backend support. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to implement scalable solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Skills

7+ years of software development experience

Strong experience with Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)

Solid front-end development using Angular (Angular 8+)

Experience with Python development

Experience building REST APIs and microservices

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

Experience with SQL / relational databases

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines

Experience in Agile development environments

Preferred Skills

Experience working in Financial Services / Banking

Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Experience with Docker / Kubernetes

Familiarity with Kafka or messaging systems

Additional Notes

Face-to-Face interview in Atlanta is mandatory

Candidates should be comfortable working onsite if required

Strong communication skills are required due to cross-team collaboration
