Role: Java Full Stack Developer with Payment Processing background

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices.
Make technical decisions on architecture, code structure, and performance optimization.
Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Oversee cloud deployment strategies using AWS or other cloud platforms.
Ensure effective DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure best practices.
Strong expertise in Java (Java 8 or above) and Spring Boot. Proven experience in designing and building microservices.
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS, but Azure/GCP also acceptable).
Experience with RESTful APIs, API Gateway, and inter-service communication.
Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Solid experience with version control (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack).
Strong communication skills and experience leading technical discussions.
