Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst with Epic
Orders certification to support and enhance clinical information systems
across a large, multi-regional healthcare organization. This role
focuses on Epic Orders application support, workflow optimization, and
collaboration with clinical and technical stakeholders to improve
patient safety, efficiency, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational and application support for Epic Orders in acute
and non-acute care environments.
• Support medium to high-complexity clinical applications, including
incident, change, and problem management in alignment with ITIL
processes.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, technical, and informatics teams to
analyze workflows and recommend system enhancements.
• Assist in the administration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of
clinical information systems.
• Partner with Clinical Informatics colleagues across the enterprise to
support departmental strategy, standardization, and best-practice
workflows.
• Drive alignment of clinical content and workflows across ministries to
improve efficiency, quality, and patient safety.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders including:
o Clinical leadership
o Information Services
o Quality
o Case Management
o Revenue Cycle
o Finance
• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple
priorities effectively.
Required Qualifications
• Epic Orders certification (required)
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge with hands-on clinical systems
expertise
• Minimum 4 years of clinical or technical application experience (may
be accepted in lieu of a degree)
• Proven ability to support complex clinical applications in a
healthcare environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Epic Order Transmittal certification (plus)
• 5–7 years of clinical information systems experience
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience working in large, multi-regional healthcare systems
• Familiarity with clinical workflow standardization and enterprise-wide
implementations
