Job Title: Entry Level Customer Support Technician (Tier 1 – IT)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer call center or helpdesk environment.
- 1 year of experience in computer software, account management, password reset, and network connection troubleshooting (preferred).
- Provide remote technical support for customers experiencing password or access-related issues.
- Document work performed, including problems identified and resolutions implemented.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems using troubleshooting tools, techniques, and teamwork.
- Support customers in ISA Utility with role assignments, account activation, and password resets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and technician information in the ITSM ticketing system.
- Manage and log incoming customer requests in ITSM for resolution or escalation to higher-tier IT teams.
- General knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook in a networked environment.
- General understanding of computer software and hardware related to personal computers and LAN/WAN environments.
- Proficiency in documenting work performed and maintaining accurate ticket records in IT Service Management (ITSM) systems.
