• Subject matter expert (SME) for Eagle application technology stacks in application development
• Analyse and research applications and downstream systems for project impacts.
• Understand data flow and design requirements of client
• Validate the connectivity for the data transfer through File (SFTP) and Real time (MQ) for the vendor feeds to mirror the Eagle v15 Production environment.
• Validate the connectivity of the upstream and downstream applications to ensure that Eagle v15.x BRM-HA environment will provide seamless batch operations overnight and intraday.
• Triage connectivity issues and work on resolutions with development team
• Guide teams in technical matters
• Coordinate with infra team in fixing the issues
• Coordinate with Eagle test lead and Eagle test manager
• Participate in test plan review meetings
• Enable the teams to execute test cases, capture and analyze the results
• Participate in workshops/meetings with Eagle business partners and key stakeholders
