Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring timely and budget-conscious deliverables.
- Key responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, and identifying and managing project risks and impediments.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and manage resources and budgets.
- Serve as the main client contact to ensure satisfaction.
- The role also involves utilizing metrics to track project progress, fostering a collaborative team environment, and coaching team members on Agile best practices.
- Facilitate sessions and provide project updates.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes.
- Oversee quality assurance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 features and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven Dynamics 365 implementation project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Project management certification is desirable
