Title: Sr Front End .Net Developer
Location: 100% REMOTE – NC
Duration: 6 Months+
Position Summary:
The client is seeking an ASP .NET Core Developer will develop an ASP .NET Core MVC application with a SQL Server back end to replace an existing Microsoft Access application.
The developer will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the project. This includes working with Red Cross teams to define requirements, support testing, and implementation. The developer will also work with the Red Cross development team to ensure proper transition and understanding of all aspects of the application.
This is a remote position, and a successful candidate will have a lot of autonomy to work on tasks and resolve issues. Collaboration is done primarily through Microsoft Teams and must have experience working with a remote group of engineers in a Scrum Agile environment.

Responsibilities:
· Design and write code for new and existing technology using a variety of applications, techniques, and tools.
· Must have some experience working with Microsoft Access and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
· Gather, analyze, document and articulate user and/or technical requirements.
· Utilize established Red Cross development standards.
· Maintain documentation including program libraries and technical manuals as needed.
· Plan and execute deployment and disaster recovery activities as needed.
Experience:
· Need a candidate that has hands on experience building system wide applications from beginning to end.
· Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
