Job Summary Seeking an Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of experience specializing in Azure data services to lead and architect scalable data solutions Job Description Lead the design and implementation of enterprise grade data solutions using Azure BLOB Storage Azure Data Factory Azure SQL Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake Architect and optimize scalable data pipelines to support analytics reporting and data warehousing initiatives Utilize expertise in Azure Databricks to enhance data processing capabilities and support advanced analytics Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate diverse data sources and ensure data quality and governance Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging Azure data technologies and best practices Ensure security compliance and performance tuning across all Azure data services environments Mentor and guide technical teams to foster skill development and ensure high quality deliverables Develop comprehensive documentation for data architectures workflows and operational procedures Roles and Responsibilities Design develop and maintain robust ETL workflows using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics Manage and optimize Azure SQL databases and data storage solutions including Azure BLOB and Data Lake Lead data integration and transformation efforts to support business intelligence and AI initiatives Implement data governance security protocols and performance optimization strategies Collaborate with stakeholders to define data models integration strategies and solution roadmaps Troubleshoot and resolve complex data pipeline and infrastructure issues Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards Provide technical leadership mentor junior staff and promote best practices within the Azure data ecosystem”
