Detailed JD:
- More than 5 years of experience in Desktop Support
- Experience in User Support environments.
- Experience in Windows 10 Upgrades.
- Knowledge of Windows 7 through Windows 10 and the ability to install integrate and support these operating systems.
- Be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot MS Office Applications.
- Install VDI client software remotely or on desk of end users.
- Strong understanding of internetworking concepts; File shares,TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
- Strong knowledge of client/server computing.
- Kowledge on Interconnecting computer and peripherals (e.g Monitor, Printers, Scanners).
- Experience in backup and restore of user profiles settings such as Favorites, Documents, network drives and other preferrences.
- Understanding of Remote Desktop Protocol.
- Experiene on End User Computing Projects.
- Experience in working on Windows OS Upgrade projects.
- Experienced on providing hand and feet support for end user Hardware refresh projects.
- Technical Skills desired (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in supporting users working Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
