Required Skills:

·         We are seeking a Defect Manager with 8 years of experience to manage the QA team.

·         The ideal candidate will have experience in the utilities industry.

·         Responsibilities include thorough end-to-end testing processes, performing functional and performance testing, and collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and system performance.

·         Manage offshore and onshore QA teams and represent QA in all project phases, including test management, test planning, project estimation, tracking, team management, automation testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, smoke and regression testing.

· Oversee functional and performance testing of Salesforce applications and system integrations.

·         Manage QA activities for UAT, SIT, PT, and regression testing, ensuring successful delivery of projects.

·         Ensure proper documentation of test cases, validation, and defect tracking.

·         Drive automation of validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

·         Produce detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolutions in an agile environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing efforts with business requirements and objectives.

· Technologies and tools include AWS, Jira, SQL, and testing and validation processes focused on workflow optimization.
