Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Consultant with strong expertise in Power BI and data analytics to design, develop, and maintain high-quality dashboards, reports, and visual data narratives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful visual insights that support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and automate data visualization solutions using Microsoft Power BI and related MS tools.
Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visual management tools.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports and visual outputs.
Develop and deliver reports on program performance against defined metrics, KPIs, and targets.
Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements by collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Extract, transform, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support operational, tactical, and strategic business decisions.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and value creation.
Communicate data insights through presentations, dashboards, visualizations, and stakeholder meetings.
Apply data modeling and basic statistical analysis techniques and interpret results from advanced analyses.
Troubleshoot data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and visualization standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Expert-level experience in Power BI dashboard and report development.
Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques.
Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis.
Experience working with large datasets from multiple data sources.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data visualization principles, and statistical analysis.
Hands-on experience applying data quality assurance practices.
Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Ability to create highly consumable and visually compelling data narratives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
Nice to Have
Experience with enterprise reporting environments
Experience supporting executive-level dashboards
Knowledge of automation and performance reporting frameworks
