Title: Technical Lead (Data Science)

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

 Experience: 8+ years

Mandatory Skills:

· 5+ years combined experience in software development and data science.

· 3+ years of experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Image Processing.

· Experience with data science and machine learning tools, including Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow, Keras,  Pytorch (or other), NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.

· Expertise in Python and querying languages (e.g. SQL)

· Strong expertise in training, pruning, and maintaining ML models in TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

· Experience in Object detection, object classification and image segmentation.

· Experience with modern data pipelines (Open Source and data engineering technologies) and in training deep networks (CNN, etc.) for computer vision applications

· Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles

· Understanding of end-to-end DS model development and deployment lifecycle

· Experience in MS SQL and/or Oracle Server

· Experience with git, docker

· Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills

· Understanding of Agile development methodologies

· Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related data science/engineering degree/coursework.

· Upper-Intermediate English

· Need to be in Onsite weekly once in Conroe Houston Office

 
Nice-to-Have Skills:

· Experience with open source MLOps frameworks such as MLFlow or Kubeflow or proprietary platforms such as AWS Sagemaker or Azure MLOps

· Experience with Azure cloud platform

· Oil & Gas domain knowledge
