Job Title: Data / Reporting Analyst
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
• Work with data extracts from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
• Apply strong data storytelling skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and demonstrate clear communication and escalation judgment.
• Design and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and integration across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop scalable data solutions using PySpark, Python, SQL, and distributed data frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across large datasets.
• Build and maintain ETL workflows in cloud and hybrid environments (Azure preferred). • Implement real-time and batch data processing pipelines to support analytics and AI models. • Work with data warehouses, lakehouses, and cloud-native solutions such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Assist with data modeling and integration of new structures into existing reporting models.
• Enable data observability, monitoring, and performance tuning for high availability and reliability
