Max Rate $50/hr on C2C only
• Develop and maintain the Horizon Data Playbook, aggregating and synthesizing strategies, plans, risks, and dependencies across all data workstreams such as Bullhorn, Workday, CRM, integrations, SOX compliance, client data, and reporting.
• Partner across vendors, workstreams, and business leaders to identify cross-team dependencies, overlaps, and sequencing gaps that might affect data migration or testing readiness.
• Create and manage a single source of truth for data-related scope, ownership, and status to ensure alignment with Horizon Wave 2 and Helios Phase 1 milestones and go-live readiness.
• Produce concise, insight-driven materials that clarify status, trade-offs, and risks across the data landscape for leadership and facilitators.
• Align data owners and engineers working on Workday (Helios), Bullhorn, HubSpot, and enterprise data architecture to bridge system integration with business processes.
• Identify and surface potential data quality, sequencing, or compliance risks early, ensuring mitigations are defined and documented.
• Contribute synthesized data insights and dependencies to program-level governance and executive reporting.
• Ensure mapping, migration, validation, archiving, and compliance activities advance in step with program priorities.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
• Experienced in large-scale data integration and migration programs involving platforms like Workday, Bullhorn, or Snowflake.
• Skilled at connecting fragmented data and technology environments and translating complexity into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and validation within complex operational systems.
• Comfortable collaborating with facilitators and technical SMEs, influencing without direct authority, and proactively communicating interdependencies.
