Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dataiku Developer to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using the Dataiku platform to build robust data pipelines, implement machine learning models, and deliver high-quality data-driven insights. This role requires a strong background in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms, with a focus on ensuring data integrity and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Data Pipelines: Design, build, and configure scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Dataiku's visual and code-based recipes (SQL, Python/R).
Code Conversion and Optimization: Convert existing SQL scripts or workflows from other tools (e.g., Alteryx) into optimized Dataiku workflows.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Implement ML Models: Utilize Dataiku's machine learning functionalities to develop, deploy, and monitor predictive models and AI applications.
Ensure Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality checks and governance standards across all data projects, ensuring integrity and accuracy in the reporting environment.
Documentation and Support: Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and provide technical enablement/guidance on best practices to other users.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within the Dataiku platform and associated data systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries.
Programming Languages: Strong working knowledge of Python (or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and custom code recipes.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
Knowledge of big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
Experience in a specific domain (e.g., Banking, Financial Services, Retail)
