Senior Data Analyst / Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience across data analytics, data warehousing, and data transformation to support large-scale banking and mortgage initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work end-to-end across the data lifecycle—from design and development through testing, validation, and reporting. You will work closely with business, data, and technology teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and usability across enterprise platforms and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Design & Development
• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions across analytics, reporting, and data warehousing environments
• Perform hands-on coding and development using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and SAS
• Build and support data models, data pipelines, and integration processes
Data Transformation & Quality
• Execute data migration, integration, and enrichment activities across complex data sets
• Perform data profiling, validation, and testing to ensure data quality and integrity
• Support source-to-target mapping and reconciliation activities
Analytics & Reporting
• Deliver high-quality analytical outputs and reports to support business and regulatory needs
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and other reporting tools
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with business, engineering, and program teams to support delivery milestones
• Document designs, logic, and testing outcomes clearly and consistently
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data standards, processes, and controls
Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience in data analytics, data modelling, and data warehousing
• Proven experience across data quality, data migration, data integration, and data enrichment
• Expertise in SQL and relational database technologies
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Python, and SAS development
• Experience with databases such as Sybase, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, or UDB
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
• Solid understanding of end-to-end data lifecycle: designing, coding, reporting, and testing
Preferred Experience
• Banking or mortgage domain experience
• Experience working in regulated or highly governed data environments
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise data platforms or cloud data migrations
