• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis
• Advanced SQL expertise with hands-on experience in data warehousing, ETL processes (including DataStage or similar tools), data lineage, and data securitization across large-scale data environments
• Mortgage domain experience (required)
• Experience working in Agile environments, including creating business and technical user stories and managing work in Jira
• Familiarity with Python scripting and data validation workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, disparate data sources into actionable insights
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical rules, methodologies, and analytical solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
• Contribute to the buildout of strategic, scalable data platforms in partnership with business and technology stakeholders
• Partner with client analytics teams to understand business-specific data sources, elements, relationships, and lineage
• Translate high-level business requirements into complete, end-to-end analytical solutions
• Support and enhance data warehousing and ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and traceability
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and reporting across business-aligned testing teams
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to develop deep understanding of targeted business areas
• Collaborate with clients to expand capabilities in machine learning, natural language processing, and automation
• Work closely with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and drive project goals
