Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and summarize project information (phases, tasks, duration, resources, and costs).
Develop plans, WBS, schedules, budgets, and resource assignments for management review and approval.
Facilitate communication, meetings, and issue resolution to ensure smooth project execution.
Define deliverables, review/approval processes, and quality criteria.
Manage project scope and respond to scope change requests.
Build time estimates, develop schedules, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Develop, maintain, and publish comprehensive project plans.
Identify, mitigate, and recommend alternatives for risks/issues that may impact project deadlines.
Monitor and report project progress across scope, quality, cost, and risks.
Proactively remove roadblocks and facilitate team delivery.
Prepare project status reports for senior management.
Collaborate with project members on requirements, scope, milestones, and risks.
Manage project security assessment before Go-Live.
Qualifications
8+ years of project management experience.
3+ years in Cyber/Information Security project management.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Excel, Visio, Jira, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Cyber Security, IT, Risk, and Compliance.
Familiarity with business unit products and operations.
Background in Information Security/Technology/Infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Certifications: PMP and Certified Scrum Master (preferred).
