Job Description
Call Center experience in NICE InContact with Studio Scripting.(Omni channel scripting)
Call Center experience in LiveVox with designer Scripting.(Omni channel scripting)
Good knowledge on API ; Snowflake integration; SF Marketing cloud SME on LiveVox dialer /Smart Reach with scripting Nice Personal Contact Dialer.
