- Understands Users, Groups, Application groups, Folders, Cabinets, Applications, Storage set, Printers in CMOD
- Understand and implement required retention Management
- Ability to Create New Application groups, Folders, Cabinets as required for new reports
- Troubleshoot performance issues
- Troubleshoot user reported dataflow and data issues in CMOD
- understand how to provide required access for new users and new reports or Periodic user documents
- Understand indexer and indexing in CMOD
