Job Title: Cisco VOIP Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX( Hybrid )
Duration: Long term Contract
Experience : 8+years
Required Skills:
2 to 4 years’ experience in CCNA VOICE engineer having relevant experience in VOIP platform.
Extensive knowledge of Cisco voice products and VOIP networking.
Extensive knowledge/experience with Cisco TDM/ IP voice systems and components.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience on Avaya/Cisco voice products.
Experience with Voice Gateways, IP Phones, AudioCodes SBCs
Strong technical knowledge on Cisco Products Gateways, IP Phones, Switches, Routers, SBCs, Call flows, Call handlers, gateway analog and voice troubleshooting.
Voice over IP, Cisco Telephony operations.
Extensive knowledge/experience with Cisco TDM/ IP voice systems and components.
Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience on CISCO Products, AudioCodes SBCs and Voice Gateways
Provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 operational support for deployed technologies such as PBXs, mobility servers, voicemail systems, toll bypass gateways and other network infrastructure.
Knowledge and experience operating converged (voice/video/data) networks, Monitoring of voice gateways and escalate production problems affecting the global network and systems infrastructure.
Perform vendor interaction with internal and external support organizations.
Participate on project teams to effectively communicate the operational requirements to ensure effective project/technology transition.
Configuring & Debug of Cisco IP Phones, Jabber Phones, Analog Phones and Critical devices
Help Connect to the Datacentre Devices, Switches, Routes & Desktop.
Migrate users /Devices on the Local sites and Datacentre
Awareness/ understanding of the ITIL process.
