Job Title: Chatbot Lead onsite – Java script, Verint
Location: Atlanta, GA, 30346 – Hybrid -03 days
Mode: Contract
Job Description:
• 8-10 years of experience in deployment of Chatbot with ability to interface with clients and derive use cases.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript experience
• Derive, document the existing use cases and technical implementation
• Design the integrations and document the high level design documentation.
• Hands-on experience in Verint Conversational AI / Speakeasy (designing, configuring, deploying).
• Strong knowledge of chatbot frameworks and NLP concepts (intents, entities, dialog management).
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration (Speakeasy).
• Expertise in REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware.
• Good understanding of JSON, XML, Webhooks.
• Experience in enterprise messaging platforms & its integrations (WhatsApp, Teams, Webchat, IVR/Contact center).
• Strong knowledge of security standards (OAuth2.0, SAML, mTLS).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with analytics tools for chatbot monitoring (Verint Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
