HHSC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major modernization initiative for the State of Texas Automated Information Reporting System (STAIRS).

🔹 Enterprise system modernization
🔹 State/Federal project management experience required
🔹 Strong knowledge of PMI, SDLC, and Texas governance (PDF/QAT)
