We are seeking an experienced VDI Engineer hands-on expertise in supporting and optimizing enterprise-level Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows desktop integration skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and experience with Citrix or VMware Horizon platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong Windows desktop integration skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and experience with Citrix or VMware Horizon platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize VDI environments using Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops or VMware Horizon.
Manage and update golden images and application layers across virtual desktops.
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, user profiles, sessions, performance, networking, and virtual machines.
Perform Windows desktop integration tasks including app compatibility, feature integration, and desktop standardization.
Develop and maintain Desktop Build Documentation, including build guides, engineering checklists, and configuration baselines.
Create and maintain technical and operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and profile management technologies. Collaborate with security teams to ensure VDI compliance and patch management. Support L2/L3 incident troubleshooting, RCA, and performance tuning. Automate operational tasks using PowerShell (intermediate level). Work closely with infra, networking, and application teams to maintain VDI stability.
