Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules including:
HR Case Management
Employee Service Center (ESC)
HR Service Catalog
Lifecycle Events
Knowledge Management for HR
Develop and maintain catalog items, record producers, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and business rules specific to HR use cases.
Customize UI Policies, Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs Platform & Integration
Build and support integrations with HR systems such as Workday, SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, payroll, and identity systems using: REST / SOAP APIs Integration Hub (Spokes & Actions)
MID Server (as required)
Ensure secure handling of PII and sensitive employee data, following role‑based access and data privacy standards.
Configuration & Enhancements
Configure COE (Center of Excellence) setups, HR profiles, HR services, and case routing rules.
Support enhancements, bug fixes, and minor customizations in Agile / sprint‑based delivery.
Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and assist with production deployments. for HR applications.
Provide L2/L3 support for HRSD applications.
Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, OOB-first approach, and coding standards.
