Role: SAP UX Expert / Architect

Rate: $90/hr (C2C to consultant)
Must Have
-
Aerospace & Defense (A&D) / discrete manufacturing experience
(Note: A&D ≠ Public Sector – PS-only backgrounds are not relevant) -
Experience as a Value Stream Lead on a U.S. deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with U.S. localization

Strong SAP component configuration & deployment experience
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead UX design strategies across process areas, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs

Collaborate with development, product management, customers, and partners to deliver engaging SAP Fiori experiences
-
Advocate for end users while balancing business requirements

Translate complex SAP processes into intuitive UX/UI designs

Research emerging UX/UI trends and apply them to influence SAP solutions
-
Present UX concepts persuasively to leadership and executives
Qualifications
-
5+ years of professional consulting or equivalent industry experience

5+ years of hands-on SAP systems configuration experience
-
3+ full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA v2019 or later

Experience with global template rollout & U.S. localization

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
-
Ability to negotiate mutually beneficial solutions across stakeholders
