Job Description

·       Deep understanding of SAP Incentive Management and Sales Performance Management solutions.

·       Able to work independently and in teams in a fast paced and changing environment.

·       Hands-on experience on SAP Success Factors Incentive management solution

·       Minimum 4-5 end-end cycles of implementation experience in implementing and managing Callidus Cloud Commissions/Success Factors Incentive Management.

·     Should have experience in data model, stage hooks and XDL customization · Hands on experience of compensation plans , Claw back, Loyalty, Bonus etc, SQL Database table design and backend tables · Working with Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflows, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirements

·       Knowledge of Life sciences domain and S/4 HANA is an desirable

·       SAP Commissions certification is an advantage
