Overview of the Role
- As an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Tech/Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle’s HCM Helpdesk, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact human capital management solutions for our clients.
- You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that our HCM Helpdesk offering is optimally configured, implemented, and supported.
- Your expertise will drive business process improvements and enhance the overall employee experience, contributing directly to organizational success.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a strong emphasis on the HCM Helpdesk module.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Customize and optimize HCM Helpdesk workflows, case management, and service request handling.
- Provide hands-on technical and functional support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents related to Oracle HCM Helpdesk.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion platform enhancements and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and quality standards.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Tech/Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a proven track record in implementing and supporting the HCM Helpdesk module.
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and HR service delivery models.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configurations, integrations, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation.
- Ability to work onsite at the PA office as required.
Other Requirements (Optional)
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred.
- Experience working with multinational clients and cross-cultural teams.
- Familiarity with other Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent Management) is an advantage.
- Exposure to Agile or other project delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
