Microsoft Power Plate form Developer

Work Location:  Austin, TX Remote (Candidates must reside in Texas)
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, workflows, and system requirements
• Design and implement applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
• Build and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
• Develop Power Automate workflows, Desktop Flows, and business process flows
• Work with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other backend data sources
• Support Dynamics 365 integrations and application development
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Develop and support Power Pages portals
• Assist in managing and utilizing the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
• Develop learning and training content using Articulate / Reach 360
• Collaborate with business users to identify technical solutions
• Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning and reviews
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements
• Document system designs, processes, and technical specifications

Required Experience

Candidates must meet or exceed the following requirements:

Experience	Requirement
8+ years	Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments
5+ years	Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power Automate
4+ years	Microsoft Power Platform development
2+ years	Designing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint, or similar databases
1+ year	Developing Power Automate flows, Desktop flows, and business process flows
1+ year	Experience working with Dataverse tables and architecture
1+ year	Experience with Power Pages portals
1+ year	Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
1+ year	Experience with Articulate / Reach 360

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certification
• Experience developing Power Platform mobile applications
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
