Location : Newtown Square PA (Hybrid)

Detailed JD :

Position Responsibilities:

·       Manage Citrix Desktop applications, VDI, Abbie and Application Packaging

·       Profile Management like FSLogix and universal profile management

·       Netscaler engineering, project work, and support (handling tickets)

·       Work with the team to see trends that we can improve

 

Required Skills

•             10+ years of experience in Citrix Engineering

•             Demonstrated experience managing Citrix Desktop applications and VDI environments, including Abbie and application packaging.

•             Proficiency with profile management solutions, such as FSLogix and universal profile management tools.

•             Hands-on Netscaler engineering expertise, with a track record in project delivery and operational support, including handling support tickets.

•             Ability to collaborate within a team to identify operational trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

•             Self-starter, direct communicator, dealing with challenging stakeholders

• Ability to deep dive into ongoing trend issues for fixes
