Role: Full-stack Agentic AI Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-stack Agentic AI Developer (with atleast 3 years of experience in building and maintaining scalable Gen AI or Agentic AI applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in using LLMs like Claude on AWS Bedrock/Gemini/Open AI, LangGraph, Python/PySpark with exposure to AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, Lambda, AWS SageMaker and UI development using front-end technologies (React/Angular/Srteamlit) being a plus. You will play a key role in designing robust agentic solutions to support on demand insights and dashboards

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, validate and deploy Agentic AI based solutions leveraging Large Language Models(LLMs), MCP Servers(or AWS Strands) that can dynamically construct content for dashboards from structured or unstructured data to provide accurate insights
• Work closely with client SME to develop innovative Agentic AI solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and (restaurant)business outcomes
• Conduct experiments using LLMs to harden the prompts for best possible results for various business scenarios and recommend optimal implementation approach keeping the performance & ROI in mind
• Build, validate (with an understanding of LLM specific success metrics) and maintain agent templates, configurable agent launch & orchestration layers.

Required Skills:

• Overall 5+ years of industry experience with atleast last 2+ years of extensive implementation experience in GenAI or Agent AI tech stack
• Excellent programming skills and proficiency in programming languages/frameworks AI/Agentic AI orchestration such as LangGraph, Python or PySpark or Java
• Hands-on experience in writing efficient SQL queries and ability to debug them using SQL developer tools
• Hands on exposure to tuning atleast one of the popular LLMs(Open AI GPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Thorough understanding of prompt engineering; implementation exposure to LLM agents like LangChain & vector databases Pinecone or Chroma or FAISS
• Decent exposure to developing User Interface components using one of the UI technologies such as React, Angular or Streamlit

Good to Have:

• Hands on exposure to using cloud AWS services for storage, serverless-logic, search, transcription and chat
• Experience with classic AI development using Regression or NLP techniques
• An understanding of MLOps/LLMOps platforms (e.g., MLFlow) and how it is used in model development & deployment
