Must Have:
Hands-on in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least one end-to-end implementation
project experience
Have experience in working with Oracle SaaS tables and data models/schema Effective knowledge on REST API/Web services
Working exposure in Dashboards, OTBI and BI Publisher
Comfortable working with HCM Extracts, HDL/ HSDL, REST API, Web services Experience in common set-ups in Core HR
Hands-on with User Access, Roles, Privileges, and security
Effective knowledge in integration with 3rd party service providers
Experienced in Sand Box, Page Personalization, Security Console and Alert Composer
Effective understanding on Architectural diagram and developing technical documentation
Good to have:
Managing and grooming team
Exposure in working in offshore-onsite model
Effective Communication and Customer expectation management skills
Familiar with Ticket/ Problem resolution practices
Have worked with stringent timeline for delivery
Well acquainted with technical documentation like BR100s, Design Documents. Knowledge on Active Directory and SSO enablement
Aware of Oracle & non-Oracle Middleware technologies
Certification on Oracle Cloud modules
Should be able to apply effective batch process and integration monitoring mechanism
Familiar with Service Requests through Oracle Support on issues and bugs
Key Responsibilities:
Leading overall Technical areas from Onshore
Manage overall Technical aspects of HCM Cloud area like OTBI/BIP Reporting, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts etc.
Develop and support Business Process/Standard Process
Manage Approval Rules and Security
Understand consolidation business requirements
Help QA team during Integration testing
Attend daily and weekly meetings with Offshore and other stakeholders Should be aware of technical documentations and tracking tickets
Monitoring batch processes and integrations
Coordinate with Functional and Techno-Functional consultant on acquiring understanding on Business expectation and impact
Working with Oracle Support on issues and product bugs
Proactively identify potential risks and propose effective mitigation plan

Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Cloud Admin (OCI Admin) 12 Yrs
OCI Admin, Cloud Networking, OCI Security, Cloud IAM, ExaCS Admin Ansible Scripting, Terraform Scripting
Deploying and managing various OCI resources like Compute instances, Objects storage buckets, load balancers, File storage etc., as per the organization’s requirements.
Ensuring the security of OCI resources by implementing appropriate security measures, managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, monitoring for security threats, and responding to security incidents. Experience in Cloud Guard, Vulnerability scanning, Vault..etc is required. Managing and monitoring ExaCS clusters in OCI Cloud.
Managing and monitoring ADW environments in OCI Cloud. Implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect critical data and services from potential data loss or outages. Experience in snapshots, blocks storage backups ..etc is required.
Configuring monitoring tools and services to track the performance and health of OCI resources, as well as setting up logging to collect and analyze system and application logs. Experiences in logging, monitoring, streaming, functions. Etc is required.
Managing OCI accounts, setting up new accounts, and configuring account-level settings such as billing, access controls, and security.
Monitoring and optimizing OCI resource usage to control costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Setting up and managing networking components like Virtual Private network (VPN), subnets, route tables, security groups, DRG and VPN connections.
Utilizing OCI automation tools, such as OCI CLI, Ansible, Terraform etc. to automate resource deployment and management tasks.
Resolving issues related to OCI resources, identifying root causes of problems, and providing technical support to users or other teams within the organization.
Optimizing the performance of OCI services by fine-tuning configurations, scaling resources as needed, and implementing best practices. Keeping OCI resources up to date with the latest patches, updates, and security fixes.
Working closely with development teams to understand their requirements, provide guidance on OCI best practices, and assist in deploying applications.
Documenting configurations, processes, and best practices, as well as sharing knowledge with team members and stakeholders
