Title: SAP SD Lead Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: (“Onsite”)
Experience Required
– S/4 HANA Implementation right from requirement gathering to hypercare closure
– atleast 2 implementations/Rollouts
– Experience in Data migration for all SD and Integrated objects
– Experience in working with Interfaces and Output management
– Experience in Advanced Intercompany process, Down Payment process and Advanced material returns
-Able to analyze functional and technical needs, identify gaps and propose solutions
– Able to understand requirements, create solution proposals, communicate, develop, migrate date, test and deploy
Roles & Responsibilities
– Responsible for Solution design, System build, Solution testing and documentation
– Liaison with Team lead and Super users
– Responsible for enhancement, development and project implementation
– Provide UAT support to business users in SAP SD area
– Coordination and communication with offshore counterparts
– Submit weekly status report to SD Lead and Project Manager
– There is two subordinates to him working from offshore
· Participate in requirement gathering workshops and collect requirements
– Prepare questionnaire for the business process to be discussed
– Present workshop approach
– Provide preparation activities to the workshop participants
· Prepare business blueprint for Quote to Cash workstream
– Summarize the business requirements collected in the workshops
– Define the solution approach for each requirement
– Detail out the solution in the blueprint document
· Participate in GAP analysis workshops
– Identify the processes not available in standard functionality
– List down the GAPs as development objects
– Define priorities for each development object
– Finalize the scope of development
· Prepare functional specifications
– Summarize the development requirement
– Categorize the development objects based on requirement
– Detail out the functional design for the identified development
· Configure and test the solution
– Perform system configuration
– Prepare configuration documents
– Prepare test scripts for test cycle execution
– Perform unit and integration testing
· Perform data migration
– Collect the data in the defined migration template
– Test the migration programs for sample data
– Define cutover plan
– Perform data migration in test system for User Acceptance Testing
– Perform data migration in the production system
· Impart core user training
– Prepare training plan based on the business processes
– Prepare training documentation
– Provide training to the core users as per the plan
· Support User Acceptance Test
– Prepare User Acceptance Test plan
– Understand the issues logged by the testing team
– Provide resolution to the issues through configuration or development as applicable
– Update the issue tracker and update the issue status
· Cutover & Golive Plan and execution
– Prepare cutover plan for SD module
– Execute cutover plan
– Provide resolution to the issues through configuration or development as applicable
– Update the issue tracker and update the issue status
