Location: Remote
Duration : 6+ months of contract
8-10+ years Exp
Must : Both Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding/Recruiting .
Responsibilities:
Works closely with customer’s HR and IT stakeholders to define end-to-end solution Actively participate in SFSF project scoping and planning activities and ensure alignment between all parties Work and collaborate with cross functional and global team Create/update configuration workbooks + functional/technical documents Gather business requirements and transform them into technical/functional specification Ability to work in onshore/offshore model.
Project status reporting
Liaise with SAP SuccessFactors Support on Level 4 or Priority 1 tickets as required.

Desirable skills:
Knowledge of Talent Intelligence Hub would be an added advantage.
The candidate should have:
Relevant experience of 8-10 years in space of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Minimum 3 full implementation experience in Employee Central and/or Onboarding/Recruiting modules.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in support project Hands-on knowledge of at least 3 modules within SuccessFactors (SF EC and/or Onboarding/Recruiting being mandatory) Overall understanding of core HR processes Understanding of support processes SuccessFactors and integration troubleshooting skills Experiences working in an onsite / offshore environment Good knowledge of HR processes across different modules
