Role Descriptions:
1. 10 years of Hands experience in data migration projects| preferably in a Windchill environment.
2. Should have working knowledge in PLM Domain
3. Solid understanding of Windchill data model| workflows| and configurations
4. Experience in migrating data from Non PLM to windchill environment is advantageous
5. Solid understanding of data migration concepts| methodologies| and best practices.
6. Knowledge of CAD data and engineering document management systems.
7. Should have experience in working with WBM tool .
8. Proficiency in Windchill data migration tools and utilities including Site consolidation tools and processes
9. Experience with data mapping| transformation| and validation techniques.
10. Proficiency in scripting languages for automating migration processes.
11. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
12. Relevant certifications in data management or PLM are advantageousGeneric Managerial Skills| If any1. Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment2. Excellence in writing| verbal presentation| and interpersonal communication3. Ability to manage conflicts in the TeamGuide Team in Migration activities
