Role Description:
Overseeing the incident management process and offshore team members involved in resolving the incident.
Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process.
Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business.
Collaborating with the incident management team to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed.
Logging all incidents and their resolution to see if there are recurring malfunctions.
Adjusting the incident management process as required to ensure its effectiveness.
Managing the incident team members by re-assigning workloads and re-scheduling non-urgent tasks.

Experience (Years): 6-8
Essential Skills:
Candidate should possess sound knowledge and hands on experience in Production & application support In depth knowledge on Incident, Change & Critical incident management lifecycle & process, Change Schedule & implementation Should have experience in SNOW ticketing tool.
Jira & confluence Should possess strong knowledge in application monitoring using Dynatrace, BigPanda. Logscale, Splunk, Bitbucket, PLATO, Kubernetes, Grafana dashboards to analyse & identify the root cause & problemsBasic scripting & implementation knowledge about JSON- Java Script object notation, Python & Java to automate application validations using VfaaS
Basic knowledge & understanding of infrastructure components & functionalities of Servers, DB, Firewall, F5, Clusters, load balance, Data center failover.
Basic knowledge on application vulnerability findings, governance & remediation process in Archer system
Desirable Skills: Banking domain and Incident/Release management process
