Job Title : Oracle CX/Sales Cloud Consultant
Location : Cleveland, OH (Onsite)
Duration : 12 Months
Mandatory Skills: Oracle CX/Sales Cloud platform features.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform mapping/gapping based on the requirements and Oracle CX/Sales platform features.
- Configure working prototypes in a development sandbox if required and validate and refine prototypes.
- Adept in white-boarding functional design and solution approaches.
- Work with business users to understand and document their business processes in Visio.
- Prior experience in Oracle 11i or R12 or any CRM is a big plus with customer data management exposure and deep understanding of accounts, contacts, prospects, relationships, hierarchy and similar data objects.
- At least 3+ Oracle Sales Cloud experience with at least 1 project experience (Deeply involved in Analysis, Design, Development phases of implementation including the integration of Oracle Sales cloud with surrounding eco system and interdependent processes).
- Work with IT personnel to highlight any changes needed in the current implementation or in existing use cases to achieve best practices.
- Must have a strong understanding of upfront sales processes and downstream Order orchestration processes utilizing supply chain capabilities.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Oracle Sales/CX cloud certifications and experience in configuring and development in Oracle SaaS based environment. Certification and experience of Oracle CDM, Oracle CPQ cloud and Oracle Order Management cloud a big plus.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of overall business/functional analysis experience, with at least 3-6 years of experience on the Oracle Sales Cloud or Oracle CX Cloud.
- Ability to clearly understand business requirements and convert them into a functional design, and to collaborate with business analysts and users to define solution approaches.
- Having experience on Fusion platform features, setups and technology. Programming experience with groovy script is a preferable plus.
- Strong understanding of sales processes like managing leads and opportunities, sales forecasting, customer onboarding, deal qualification, CDM (Customer Data Management), CPQ quoting, commerce, model configurations, pricing, discounting, promotions, approval matrix, and sales orders.
- Good experience in Sales data model, data architecture, and data management, and familiar with integrations with other systems like salesforce.com
- Must be a confident self-starter individual who can completely own the delivery of high value work products.
- Experience in MS visio or MS office or any CI/CD DevOps tool usage for documentation.
- A good understanding of generative AI and experience in driving use case formulation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users, management, and team members.
- Planning and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate ideas and plans verbally and in writing with strong problem-solving skills.
