Job Description
We are seeking a talented Front End UI Developer with expertise in Django to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and scaling websites using Django, with a focus on front-end development. This role is not for backend developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the front end of web applications using Django.
- Implement design patterns leveraging DaisyUI.
- Utilize Tailwind CSS for styling and responsive design.
- Conduct unit testing with limited Pytest within Django.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.
- Provide insights and walkthroughs on how you built and scaled previous Django-based websites.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front End Developer using Django.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with DaisyUI and Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks, particularly Pytest within Django.
- Ability to work closely with UI/UX designers and implement their designs effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in scaling web applications.
- Knowledge of best practices in web development and design patterns.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
