Role: OTM Architect Onsite (OTM On-Prem to Cloud Migration) 

Location: Charlotte, NC (Day 1 Onsite) 

Job Description: 

Lead design, development, and implementation of OTM Cloud.  Oversee OTM integration and agent architecture to ensure seamless data exchange and optimize functionality to support supply chain and logistics operations. Works with IT Leads to build scalable solutions to fit current and future business requirements.

Job Description: OTM Architect Onsite (OTM On-Prem to Cloud Migration)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall OTM On-Prem to Cloud migration , working closely with customer stakeholders.
• Define and drive the migration strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with customer architects and business teams to design the OTM Cloud solution, including configurations, integrations, and process optimizations.
• Provide technical and functional leadership, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Guide implementation teams, oversee system configurations, and resolve design challenges.
• Work closely with Oracle and other third-party vendors to address technical and functional gaps.
• Drive solution governance, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in the OTM Cloud environment.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training for a smooth transition.

 Qualifications & Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in OTM implementations with a strong focus on solution design with at least 5 years in OTM Cloud.
• Proven experience leading OTM On-Prem to Cloud migration projects from a vendor/implementation partner perspective.
• Deep expertise in OTM Cloud and On-Prem configurations, workflows, and business process design.
• Strong knowledge of OTM modules (planning, execution, freight settlement, GTM).
• Experience in working with customer stakeholders to define architecture and roadmap.
• Proficiency in integration strategies, including APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
