C2C Job Title::QA Engineer – ServiceNow ATF

Job Overview:

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and hands-on experience in open-source automation tools such as Selenium and Java. The ideal candidate will help drive quality assurance efforts for ServiceNow workflows, including Incident Management, Catalog Items, and Compliance Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.

Create and execute automated tests using Selenium, Java, or similar tools. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand functional requirements. Focus testing efforts on Incident workflows, Service Catalog items, and Compliance Management features within ServiceNow.

Troubleshoot and analyze test failures, identify root causes, and work closely with developers to resolve defects.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Strong experience with Selenium, Java, or comparable test automation frameworks.
Knowledge of Incident Management and Catalog Items in ServiceNow. Familiarity with ServiceNow Compliance Management practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
