Salary Range: $55 to 60 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP APMe Consultant to join the SAP Practice team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software, SAP SuccessFactors, and a strong background in commission and incentive management. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, lead discovery sessions, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level knowledge in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software.

  • Design and implement commission and incentive plans for external producers.

  • Manage agent, membership, premium, and commission information across multiple insurance products.

  • Work with Producer Management, Compensation & Performance, and Agent Connection modules.

  • Lead technical discussions, client presentations, and discovery workshops.

  • Develop solution estimates and provide technical recommendations.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management (APMe) software.

  • Strong knowledge of commission calculations and payment processes.

  • Prior experience in U.S. health insurance domain is a strong plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
