Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The candidate will work with distributed teams and will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and integrating with internal platforms and infrastructure.
We are looking for a hands-on developer who spends most of the time coding and delivering high-quality solutions while working closely with development leads and architecture teams. The candidate should be comfortable working in a global environment and troubleshooting complex issues.
Primary Skills / Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong hands-on experience in LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce
- Experience using Copilot / Gen-AI tools for developer productivity
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and coding
- Experience with DevOps tools (Flosum, Jenkins, CI/CD tools)
- Experience using ANT migration / Metadata API
- Strong experience with REST / SOAP integrations, Workbench
- Good knowledge of OOP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Ability to write clean, scalable Salesforce code
- Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Wealth Management / Financial domain
- Experience handling large data loads / exports in Salesforce
- Knowledge of Salesforce product integrations
- Agile / TDD / Design patterns experience
- Experience with SDLC documentation, testing, deployment, debugging
